How the MyDriver app can save you time

Meet Stephen Counce, IT Manager at IMC Companies, the man behind much of the mobile technology our drivers use each day. Stephen plays a role in developing and testing both the Compcare and MyDriver mobile apps, that make drivers’ lives easier every day.

Stephen shares, “As the IT Manager in charge of the mobile technology our drivers use, my goal is to take driver concerns and use technology to improve their driver experience.”

The Compcare app on the company-supplied tablets keeps drivers moving and out of the office while on the job. Its features include:

– Sending arrivals, departures, and equipment information to dispatch
– Chatting with dispatch
– Viewing weekly pay projection
– Uploading interchanges and bills of lading to satisfy pay requirements

The MyDriver app is a supplement for drivers—meaning it’s not required and is for times drivers are at home or away from the truck—but it makes a driver’s job more convenient as it can be downloaded on a personal device. Its features include:

· Accessing pay statements
· Viewing weekly pay projection
· Accessing 1099 tax forms (Owner Operators only)
